We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as trainer illness or inclement weather. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the session at no additional cost.

4. Dog Health and Safety

For the safety of all dogs and trainers, all dogs participating in training sessions must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and free from any contagious illnesses. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that appears to be sick or poses a threat to the safety of others. Owners are responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for training sessions conducted at their home or property.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your dog during training sessions, The Wag Master Austin is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur. Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior and actions during training sessions. By participating in our training programs, you agree to release The Wag Master Austin from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may arise.
